Latinos in Bio formed after Carolina Alarco and José Estabil realized they worked in the same industry, lived in the same town, and they were unaware of each other’s Latina(o) business connections. Our purpose is to remedy this situation by creating education opportunities and network of professionals in the life sciences to educate, catalyze and elevate our community so that everyone can benefit from the perspectives and experiences we bring to the science, medicine, finance, sales, marketing, manufacturing and regulatory affairs in the life sciences.
